1. What are the payment methods?

We accept two types of payments:

• Prepaid: You can pay in advance using online payment methods such as credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): You can choose to pay for your order upon delivery.

2. What are the delivery charges?

• For Prepaid orders, the delivery charge is Rs. 60.
• For COD orders, the delivery charge is Rs. 100.

3. I'm not available on the day of delivery, what should I do?

If you’re unavailable on the scheduled delivery day, you can request the delivery person to deliver it the next day. Please contact the delivery service or Becky’s Pickles team to arrange this.

4. Is there a return policy?

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a product which is spoiled or have any other problem, we will issue a refund. Please contact our customer service for assistance with any product issues.
